Woman makes ‘revenge necklace’ to expose love rat boyfriend in front of entire family

A scorned woman has commissioned a ‘revenge necklace’ from a jewellery business, to be adorned with the three names of the women her boyfriend of six years cheated on her with.

The unnamed woman ordered from jewellery maker Liv Portilo, 20, who claims the girlfriend plans to give it to her love rat boyfriend as an anniversary gift.

Liv quickly set about making the unusual piece – which the woman used her boyfriend’s credit card to pay for.

The gold necklace includes the date of the couple’s anniversary – 21 June 2015 – on the front and the three names on the back: Ashley, Genesis and Karen.

The customer is also said to have ordered some jewellery for herself including a crystal bracelet intended to “remove negativity”.

Liv shared details of the revenge plot on TikTok and her video has since gone viral, garnering more than 1.1 million likes.

In the clip she reveals: “She’s going to give him the necklace in front of his friends and family so that he can read it out loud.”

Brilliant or brutal?!

Speaking to Jam Press about the custom order, Liv explained: “This anniversary gift had the names of the three women he cheated on [her] with.

“I was very surprised and amazed at how creative her revenge plan was.

“I always support my customers no matter what they need, so I created this for her.”

Many TikTok viewers loved the tale, finding it hilarious and some branded the girlfriend “a god” and a “legend”.

One person replied: “I can’t this is so funny.”

“The fact she used his card – perfect,” another viewer said.

A third wrote: “The amount of willpower it takes to hold that information in until the necklaces arrive. Whewwww.”

Another viewer called her a “girl boss” and said it was a “power move”.

However, other viewers weren’t so impressed and branded the whole thing “petty”.

A different TikTok user commented: “I will not waste my money, might go for a dinner and receive the gift from him but then bye… this is savage though.”

“Girls do too much, just move on,” a second person agreed.

Someone else pointed out: “How is she trying to remove negativity from her life while also planning to make a dramatic scene instead of just breaking up?”

After the post went viral, both Liv and the customer say they were amazed at the response.

She added: “Many people have been giving the woman hate as they said she took too much time, money and energy into this revenge plan.

“However, most of the people are not aware that she used her boyfriend’s credit card and purchased many necklaces for herself before she breaks up with him.”
